Flexible support for every enrolment.
This page explains how FRCEM Ready handles cancellations, refunds, and cohort transfers for digital courses, mock circuits, and coaching subscriptions.
We want every clinician to feel confident when booking with us. If your circumstances change or the programme is not the right fit, these refund guidelines outline what happens next.
1. Digital courses & question banks
- Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have completed fewer than 3% of the modules and have not downloaded restricted resources.
- After 7 days, we offer course credit that can be applied to a different exam stage or upcoming cohort within 12 months.
- Due to the instant access nature of our content, refunds are not available once more than 25% of a course has been consumed.
2. Live teaching days & OSCE circuits
- 100% refund when cancelled at least 30 days before the event date.
- 50% refund or free transfer to another date when cancelled 14–29 days prior.
- No refunds within 13 days of the session, but we will try to fill your place from the wait list so you can attend a later sitting.
3. Subscription plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard; access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and no further payments are taken. Annual subscriptions can be refunded on a pro‑rated basis within 14 days of renewal provided less than 10% of new content has been accessed.
4. How to request a refund
- Email info@company.com with your order number, course name, and reason for cancellation.
- Our learner success team responds within two business days and may request additional details to verify usage.
- Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Non-refundable items
- Downloadable templates or documents clearly marked as non-refundable at checkout.
- Completed coaching sessions or personalised study plans already delivered.
- Administrative fees charged by third-party exam venues.
6. Platform issues
If technical faults prevent you from accessing purchased materials, contact us immediately. We will either restore access quickly or issue a credit/refund where the outage materially affected your learning time.
